Just great.....

No lie..... 1 hour after the plane touches the ground in Florida, my temporary filling falls out of my tooth... (a premonition I had before we left actually). Now I have this big gaping hole in my mouth, and one half of the tooth is wiggling around. I feel like I'm 9 years old again trying to lose a tooth, something I absolutely dreaded doing growing up! Now I have to run around looking for a temporary tooth repair kit in all the drugstores around town. SUCH a drag!



I'm so bummed....

I'm going to have such a happy Christmas for sure..... :(

... but it sure feels like it! For the past couple of days I have been battling some lung crud, not fun when you are trying to get ready for Christmas and head out of town. All I want to do is sleep!!! Wish I could...

Party with the new crew!

Macy attended Dance Tech's Christmas party on Saturday night, despite the fact that it was snowing like mad & she had to go all the way to Midway where the party was being held. I don't think I took a breath until she returned home - it was one of those kind of storms! But she had a great time and I'm really glad she got to go!

First Wrapped Present of the Season!

So exciting! This present is for a gift exchange at Macy's Dance Studio Christmas party.

Pretty sure it's going to be one of the first to get picked!

I'm whistling a western tune... (you just can't hear me...)

Scene: Beta Fish Mexican Stand-off...

A tree, a pie, some dancing & the saddest Christmas decoration I own....

That basically sums up the Bedford's weekend... Friday night was spent decorating the Christmas tree and house, and eating the apple pie I baked (which Carter had been asking for for weeks). Then Saturday was spent at the Festival of Trees (I've decided that I should never travel to Sandy - I can't take the traffic & parking issues & freak my children out screaming at all the other drivers) watching Macy ballroom dance (yes! something new!), and then to Park City Dance's performance of the Nutcracker. Macy wasn't sad not to have been in it this year (she's moved on to bigger and better things), but she had fun watching her friends dance. Then it was finally home to bed! It is sooooo cold here all of a sudden, so it was nice to climb in to a warm bed and sleep! Sunday was spent catching up on all the homework due this week. And there is tons of it!

Giving Thanks!

A great time was had by all in St. George over Thanksgiving break. There was much hiking, biking, reading, shopping, running, golfing, movie watching, general rejoicing & of course EATING! Thanks Mom, for all the yummy noms!
