Carter goes to Homecoming :)

Even though she may not have had the best time attending the dance, she looked great!

Where did my 3 year old little girl go?

A look back....

I have been feeling very guilty about the absence of posts this past summer, so I have decided to get you all caught up on a few of our families summer activities. Needless to say, things were very busy this summer, so much so, it felt like summer flew by in only a couple of days. When we weren't working we ran, golfed, swam, biked, volunteered, danced, learned to drive a car, traveled & grilled. I am now sad to say that we are in the "Getting ready for Winter" phase - or the time of year when I like to hibernate along with the bears. Hopefully things will stay busy this winter so that it will FLY BY as fast as the summer did. Anywhoooo, here's some of what went down....

Macy continued to dance & dance & dance.....

... learning her next solo & duet, taking dance camps & attending conventions. Here she is with her Hip Hop company learning their production number. You may recognize Gev from SYTYCD sitting on the floor. This number is choreographed by him and will hopefully win lots of awards this year!

Carter & Macy had a photo shoot with Pete & Bonnie...

... for a Basin Recreation brochure. Will post a photo when we get a copy of it in the mail...

We decided that we really like to eat these!

Macy continued to do this.....

...along with other incredible dance positions :)

We adopted some new pets :)

Meet Carlos & Sparlos (the cats) & Spike (the deer), our newest family members! How we tend to attract these animals is beyond me, but these guys have been hanging in our yard all summer long. It has been lots of fun watching the babies grow up :) Spike also has a sister named Sylvia, his mom, 2 aunts and 2 uncles. We never know just who we're going to see in the yard at any given moment...

Carter got her LEARNER'S PERMIT!!!!

Hooray! And LOOK OUT!

Lots of headbands made....

(whilst trying to ignore the arthritis pain creeping in...)

Had a fun time in Cape Cod :)

Attendance at the LIS family reunion was fun along with the ocean kayaking, boating, shopping, eating, beach time & counting of the white swans....

We watched lots of cycling!

Including the Tour de France and the Tour of Utah which raced up and down Main Street here in Park City in the final stage of the race. So fun to see these guys in person and smell the burning tire rubber!

Check out Levi wearing the yellow jersey and his team Radioshack shorts. As anticipated, he won!

And of course, participated in lots & lots of Silly Markets!

We had lots of fun and are sad it went by so quickly... here's to a SPEEDY winter!!!!!

Maisey's Daisey's has been Accepted!

This our next vendor opportunity!

Should be fun & hopefully the sales will be huge as we are now expanding our market from Park City tourists & locals to the Salt Lake Valley :)

Time to get cranking... Again!

They're Back! :)

And sounding true to their roots!
