We had to make a special trip to Ecker Hill Middle School today....

to visit ETHAN!!! As you may recall, Carter was Ethan's peer-tutor last year, and I think he is Carter's most favorite person in the whole world (I think Carter rank's right up there on Ethan's list as well)! It had been a while since she had seen him, so after school today, the three of us girls went over to say "Hi." You wouldn't believe the look on Ethan's face when he saw Carter! PRICELESS! Ethan was so excited and wanted to show Carter everything he had been doing in class, and to show her his favorite computer game. I was able to spend a few minutes talking with Ms. Shaub, the Special Ed teacher, who alerted me to the fact that full-ride scholarships are given out to outstanding peer tutors! HOORAY! I planted that little seed in Carter's brain on our way home! Carter can't wait until next year when Ethan will be attending Treasure Mountain Middle School too. It was a fun visit and we are planning to go back in a few weeks to see him again!
